Channel Team win Apprentice Champions Award

The team at Intercity was thrilled to take home the Apprentice Champions Award at this year’s Channel Champions Awards which was held on July 1^st, 2021. The Channel Champion Awards is an annual awards ceremony which acknowledges the achievements of channel businesses between March 1^st 2020 and March 1^st 2021.

Intercity are committed to nurturing the talents of young people today to equip them with the skills and training needed to enter the IT industry with confidence.

Christina Pendleton, Chief People Officer at Intercity, commented on the award saying: “We were delighted to win the Apprentice Champions Award and be highly commended for the Charity Champions Award at the recent Channel Champions Event.

Winning the Apprentice Champions Award is great recognition of the innovative apprenticeship programme we have created, which gives our apprentices the opportunity to shine.
