A journey of growth and grit
Oli began his career as a Junior Account Manager, before progressing through roles such as Senior Account Manager, New Business Development Manager, and New Business Team Leader.

In less than nine years at Intercity, Oli has played a pivotal role in driving transformation and growth. He’s taken on the challenges of leadership head-on from making key strategic decisions to managing teams and steering our business forward. His impact is clear: by taking ownership of Intercity’s oldest division, he’s helped modernise and revitalise it for a new era. As Head of New Logo, he secured over 100 new customers, showcasing his determination, vision, and ability to lead by example.

Beyond the boardroom
Oli’s passion for leadership extends beyond business. As a midfielder for Chasetown FC, he continues to inspire teamwork, resilience, and determination both on and off the pitch qualities that shine through in every aspect of his career.
His hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. Oli has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Young Innovator Award at the Innovation Awards 2025, taking place later this month a well-deserved recognition of his dedication and impact.
