Located in just outside Nuneaton in Warwickshire, HORIBA MIRA Technology Park is one of Europe’s leading automotive R&D hubs. It’s home to over 40 major tech and engineering businesses, all working on cutting-edge innovations in connected, autonomous, electric and traditional vehicle development. With access to world-class test tracks, labs and collaborative spaces, it’s where ideas go from sketch to reality.
This isn’t a satellite site we check in on now and again. Our presence at HORIBA MIRA is permanent, staffed by a dedicated team who live and breathe infrastructure support. Whether it’s end user computing, hardware repairs or network resilience, our people are on hand to keep things moving and make sure the residents of the park can focus on what they do best: Innovating.
Real People, Real Tech, Real Support
We manage around 500 support tickets a month here. That’s everything from quick fixes to complex incident resolution. It’s not just reactive support either. Our team builds and repairs bespoke hardware, sources specialist equipment and software, and understands that one size fits all doesn’t work in a space designed for high performance, custom engineering.
What we’ve built is a model of agile, on site IT partnership. And the office refurb reflects that. It’s a more modern, collaborative space for our team to work from, fit for purpose and future focused, just like the work that happens across the park.
