What does it take to scale a business in the Midlands?

Recently our CEO, Andrew Jackson, took part in a roundtable discussion hosted by The Business Desk, with one significant question on the agenda: what does it take to scale a business in the Midlands?

The event brought together businesses which have helped to define our region as a hub for innovation and economic growth, and Andrew was one of 11 representatives to attend. Together, the panel looked ahead to discuss what the scaleups of today need to do to drive future growth. Additionally, they focused in on the obstacles business leaders in the region face when growing their company, and the importance of retaining a diverse workforce.
